Deadline Projects teams up with fellow Chicago collectives Parts and Labor and Infidel Group in this "Chicago Artists Month" exclusive. Works from selected artists in each collective will be showcased.
ABOUT THE OTHER COLLECTIVES:
Parts and Labor Collective-- Founded in 2006 by Daniel Gerdes, the collective is a DIY network of creatives building an alternative to the tired gallery system. No two shows are alike. Artists represent themselves and keep 100% of the profits from their artwork. No contracts. No hullabaloo. Change the rules. Go Under the Radar. Take Back the Art.
Infidel Group--Infidel Group was formed in 2006 with the goal of uniting Chicago's artists and public through laid-back exhibitions in comfortable alternative spaces. The group members work collaboratively to put on unique events that feature artwork and live music in a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
